Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.

Subtle “grinding” or pains that seems to move in a circular whirl. Like something is spinning or grinding into your head.
It has something to do with frequencies, hence the reason ancient people used one or a combination of crystals to counteract the frequency of the spirit tormenting them.
Two frequencies that are identical will cancel each other out which should hinder the ability for communication.
